  • No Refunds or Returns: All sales made on our website www.flanadhikana.com are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless explicitly covered under the conditions mentioned below.
  • Exceptions:
    • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product delivered is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
    • Timelines: Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence.

2. Conditions for Reporting Issues

To claim a replacement or refund under the exceptions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging.
  • Issues should be reported to support@flanadhikana.com with the following details:
    • Order number
    • 2 Videos of the damaged/defective product at the time of receiving your delivered parcel which covered all the angles of package and product.
    • A brief description of the issue

3. Replacement or Refund Process

  • Verification: After reviewing the request and evidence, we will notify the customer of approval or rejection.
  • Return Shipping: If approved, the customer must ship the product back to the address provided in the email. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed only for defective or incorrect products.
  • Refund Timelines: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products not reported for issues within the specified timeframes
  • Products returned without original packaging or in used condition

5. No Direct Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Customers seeking a different product must place a new order.
